HomeOwnership Center Coordinator
The HomeOwnership Center Coordinator works under the supervision of Homeownership Center Director. The responsibility of the Homeownership Center Coordinator is to provide programmatic support for all HomeOwnership Center programs. The HomeOwnership Center Coordinator supervises all program support staff, assists with program coordination, service delivery implementation, event scheduling, and provides ongoing customer service and program support to all homeownership preservation and home buying programs.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $45,000 - $49,000
The salary range for this position is based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health and dental.

Job Description
The Administrator will lead and perform critical operational and bookkeeping tasks for a small, dynamic, growing organization. The position offers opportunities to work at a strategic level on issues relating to nonprofit management in an arts, science, and cultural setting.

About Us
Established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2003, the Balboa Park Cultural Partnership is a membership organization that serves as the collaborative body and collective voice for 24 diverse arts, science and cultural institutions in historic Balboa Park. The executive directors of member institutions serve as the Partnership's Board of Directors. Collectively, the 7,000 volunteers, 3,500 employees and 500 trustees of BPCP member institutions serve more than 6.5 million visitors annually.
 
The Partnership's mission is to enrich the cultural life of San Diego by facilitating collaboration among its members and between the Partnership and the community; to enable Balboa Park cultural institutions to achieve their full individual and collective potential; and, to preserve, enhance, and make accessible the arts, science, and cultural assets of Balboa Park for present and future generations. The Partnership facilitates collaboration in education, collective business, governance and advocacy, marketing and PR, public access, and sharing and communication.

Position Purpose:Organize and manage all activities in the division including volunteer leadership, fundraising, programs, public affairs, and communications.
 
Position Responsibilities:
-Personally recruit, develop and support influential volunteer leaders for board and fundraising activities
-Recruit, develop, lead and manage staff
-Plan and implement annual fundraising campaign
-Grow division major gifts income through personal recruitment of large gifts, cultivation and solicitation of community foundations, and recruitment and development of major gifts committee
-Grow division income, performance margin, productivity and profitability through expense reductions and increased revenue
-Secure sponsorship for fundraising events
-Provide organization visibility through public relations and promotional efforts
 
Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
-Five years experience in fundraising or related field with successful track record of income growth
-Excellent management, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
