29th Annual Danza Azteca Ceremony 
VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED 
Coordinating and hosting over 100 dancers over three days is a challenge. But with the help of our friends, families, and community volunteers this event will surely be a success.

WELCOME DINNER
Volunteers will be needed to  for set-up, food prep, serving, and clean-up.  
Date: Saturday, July 18, 2009
Shifts: 5pm-7pm  & 7pm-9pm
Location: Casa Familiar Recreation Center
 
DANCE CEREMONY
Volunteers will be need to prepare the grounds, pass out fruit and water to the dancers, and breakdown. 
Date: Sunday, July 19, 2009
Shifts: 9am-12pm & 12pm-4pm
Location: Chicano Park
 
CLOSING DINNER
Volunteers will be needed to  for set-up, food prep, serving, and clean-up.  
Date: Sunday, July 19, 2009
Shifts 4pm-7pm
Location: King Chavez Academies

(We anticipate it will be very hot and we need to keep our dancers hydrated)
