Basic teachings and instructions for getting started with the preliminary practices.

There have been several requests, so this is the only
time that Rinpoche can offer this opportunity,
due to his very busy travel and teaching schedule.

If you have been wanting to begin or consider beginning the ngondro
preliminary practices, this is the instruction which you will need.
