Employee Profile: Phil Ovenden


Phil Ovenden came to Talk Wireless with a Niagara College diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology in November 2002, although his work in the communications field began in 1998 in technical repairs.

Phil is kept busy at Talk Wireless maintaining customer's site equipment, building custom solutions, repairing equipment and taking on exciting and challenging new radio projects.

A Niagara resident all his life, Phil is a volunteer firefighter in Fonthill and an active member of the Electronics Technicians Association. Engaged to be married this August,Phil Phil enjoys the outdoors and working with children, two interests he gets to combine each year as a program director or cabin leader at a Christian Summer Camp on Lake Erie.
