Accessing Your Account
You can access information about your account including how much data you have been using thru your computer connection by visiting our support page at support.talkwireless.com

Keep in mind as you use your broadband connection that every webpage you visit, every email you send or receive and every song or movie downloaded contributes to your data throughput total. Nearly all of our rate plans have limits to throughput just like a cellular plan has a limited number of minutes. When you go over you'll be charged extra, so please monitor your usage and check your totals often on our support page.

Ken Leavoy
With over 5 years experience in the wireless industry, Ken joined the Talk Wireless team in September 2008.

Ken currently works out of our Niagara Falls location where his daily agenda includes PCS and Mike sales, client care, designing store displays and keeping the candy dish filled with sweets for clients and co-workers.

Creative and outgoing, Ken prides himself on providing the type of customer service he too likes to receive and looks forward to continuing to grow within Talk Wireless Inc.
