Toronto, 18 January 2010: ARTA Canada announced today that it has launched a consumer brand and identity slogan for exclusive use by its members. The trademark "Your Best Travel Insurance is a Professional Travel Agent" is designed to provides members with a compelling argument as to why consumers should use the services of an ARTA Canada member travel agency, particularly during these challenging economic times.
The branding is also intended to give consumers confidence in using either traditional or online travel purchasing supported by an ARTA Canada member. The slogan design invokes a "seal of approval" metaphor and can be used in print media and brochures, in HTML e-mails, web sites and on stationary, business cards, window decals, and other collateral materials.
"We spent a great deal of time canvassing our members to see what type of branding would best suit their needs and business models. The result is an attractive, convincing, and fresh design with a compelling statement to bolster our members in the marketplace", said ARTA Canada President Bruce Bishins, CTC.
