Welcome to ARTA Canada! www.artacanada.ca
29 September 2008

ARTA Canada is the strategic partner in Canada of the Association of Retail Travel Agents (ARTA).

ARTA was formed in 1962, by a small, but vocal group of retail travel agents. The Association of Retail Travel Agents continues to be the voice of the small and independent travel agents across the country. ARTA has grown in stature from a maverick organization to a responsible, respected representative of a vital part of the travel industry.

While engaged in many projects at different levels, its two primary activities center around providing educational and training opportunities to all levels of agents, and representation of their point of view before industry, government, and consumer organizations.

To celebrate the launch of ARTA Canada, Canadian travel agencies which are members of any travel agency trade association or group, including AQCV, ACTA, CCTA, CSTAR, the Travel Alliance or any other Canadian-based agency association are invited to also join ARTA Canada free of charge for the duration of their other association membership.

If your travel agency does not currently belong to a travel agency association, you can still join ARTA Canada free of charge for six months.

Free membership in ARTA Canada requires enrollment no later than 31 October 2008.

Either way, keep your existing memberships while also joining ARTA Canada! For more information about ARTA Canada, including our travel agency and travel counsellor membership categories, please visit www.artacanada.ca.

TRIPDocs' options menu makes it easy to "choose and check" text applicable to a particularly itinerary. It even includes a free form remarks area to add "on-the-fly" text to a TRIPDoc when something unique needs to be indicated or disclosed. TRIPDocs comes pre-stored with expertly-written information concerning:

    - Departure Information, Boarding Passes, and Web Check-in
    - Passports and Visas
