Horizon International Landscapes of Distinction Awards

Reminiscent of the Landscaping New Zealand conference keynote speaker Michael Hill, the biannual awards ceremony went like clockwork. As the gold and silver awards flowed so did the pace with the help of Haggis and a wee Dram.

The setting was the spectacular Ballroom at Larnach Castle Dunedin, the chandeliers sparkling, fires roaring, a delicious meal and of course the Haggis ceremony.  These awards are a celebration of excellence and recognise the best of the best gardens, maintenance programs and construction the industry has to offer. Every garden entered involved very hard and dedicated work from their respective companies. The standard this year was very high.
