Stay Informed About H1N1 (Swine) Flu |
|
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), if
you are using soap and water, you should wash your
hands for 15-20 seconds (the time it takes to sing
Happy Birthday to yourself twice). If you are using an
alcohol-based hand sanitizer, remember to wash your
hands with soap and water if they are visibly soiled.
To prevent others around you from
becoming sick,
please remember to cover your nose and mouth when
coughing and sneezing (you can use a tissue or your
elbow) and if you have a temperature over 100°
F and a
cough or sore throat, please stay home and take care
of yourself.
Test your knowledge about H1N1 flu and check
out our
H1N1 updates
Stay healthy and stay informed.
