Aug 2 "Somatic Relief for Neck and Shoulder Pain" addresses chronic issues of the upper torso. Especially helpful for people with headaches, shoulder and upper spine tension and pain.
Aug 9 "Somatics for the Office or Work Place" will offer a series of short sequences that may be used to relieve pain in five minutes while sitting at the computer, desk, drawing board, or while traveling.
Aug 16 "Mobilizing the Spine" This class with focus on increasing intelligence and ease of motion of the deep muscles of the spine and the whole torso.
Sept 20 "The Cat Stretch: a daily sequence to help your body become more mobile and pain free!" Come learn this basic sequence that addresses most of the major muscles in the body. Once learned, this sequence can be done in 20 minutes to start or end your day well, taking tension and discomfort away.
