June 2008
Greetings!

As the summer comes upon us there tends to be a great deal of change from the usual routine. Now, more than ever, it is important to stay with the routines that nourish your bodies and souls: healthful eating, adequate sleep, and regular exercise. We offer many different types of Pilates classes, private sessions and workshops on weekdays and on weekends, and at different times of the day. No matter how busy your schedule is there is a Pilates class that will fit into it.
