Saturday, February 23, 1:00PM - 2:15PM, a fun fabulous free event
celebrating Pilates and our bodies. Movements Afoot designed a Pilates
class to help everyone discover the world of Pilates, the dreams of
wellness and fitness and most of all fun. Fifteen-minute classes will
be given on all the Pilates equipment; reformers, towers and wunda
chair as well as physioballs, foam rolls, Franklin balls, and Pilates
mat.
Refreshments, Prizes and raffles will be given out at 2:30PM. Prizes include private training, a group class card and more.

HISTORY OF MOVEMENTS AFOOT.
Lesley Powell
founded Movements Afoot on May 1,
1993 with the philosophy of teaching people the
basic concepts of movement theory: proper
movement initiation, integrating breath with
movement and spinal integrity. The execution of
these philosophies and movement techniques will
help equip people with the necessary tools for a
lifetime of fitness and wellness. All
training at
Movements Afoot addresses every aspect of
fitness
needed to get 'grounded' for any activity,
enhance
athletic performance, and insure safer workout
habits.
