Why do people have scoliosis?
Scoliosis can be both functional or heredity.
Hereditary
scoliosis has to do with abnormal bone development
such as leg length differiation, while; medical
scoliosis
has to do with diseases of muscular system like polio.
Both types of scoliosis create discomfort due to the
misalignment of the spine.
These
workshops
will provide you with a better understanding of spinal
mechanics, which can help deepen your practice and
help you and your clients facilitate greater ease,
strength and range of motion of the entire body.
