Good

Marika Molnar said about the importance of Gait,
In
order to move forward, you must have adequate
control of your trunk, good oxygenation, and good
expenditure of energy so that you are not fatigued
after just a half-mile walk. That comes from each
segment of the spine contributing its share of the
motion as well as the other segments in the lower
extremities, particularly the knee and the ankle.
