Our funeral liturgy for Jerry Kraemer has been scheduled for 7:30pm on Tuesday, February 9th.  It will be here, at St. Ann's, as will the "Visitation" at 6:30pm, the same evening.

 

The liturgy will be a full "Burial of the Dead, Rite II" - very similar in form to a Sunday morning liturgy, including choir and Eucharist.  Thank you, Choir and Altar Guild, for your extra service for this liturgy. 

 

In regard to "Servers" that evening --  I am looking for 2 readers, 2 chalice bearers, 2 acolytes, and 2 ushers.  If anyone is particularly interested in serving, please respond via email to me as soon as possible.  Howard and Randy, I would like both of you to be Worship Assistants if your schedule permits.  

 

We will have a "Coffee Hour" that evening, following the Funeral liturgy.  Joan Purdy has offered to be the "coordinator"  for the Coffee Hour.  Many helpers (and goodies) are invited to share in this Coffee Hour hospitality.  Please, e-mail or call Joan: (815) 338-7092 if you think you might bring something to serve, or help with the preparations or clean-up.

Jerry's ashes will be interred in our Parish Memorial Garden in the Spring.
