Total Weight Lost: 159 Pounds.
This year, I personally lost 12 pounds during the 90 day challenge. I must admit it was difficult . . . lots of reasons.
The good news is that I was DOWN 12 pounds, and NOT up 12 pounds. The other good news is that I have lost another half pound since the "event" ended -- because I joined Weight Watchers -- and, I intend to continue loosing the pounds, even though the challenge has finished.
