 Dr. Lankin and Noreen proudly announce that Edward Kalman Lankin joined the Awesome Almonds family on September 1st, 2008. Although Edward is only a junior partner at present, they expect great things from him and have a good feeling he will go far in this unique family business.

 The Connecticut Specialty Food Association is made up of specialty food companies within the state. The CSFA seeks to bring together small food manufacturers, assist in marketing their products, bring recognition to these businesses, and create public interest and consumer awareness in the products Connecticut manufacturers have to offer. |

 Enjoy this delicious, low-fat and low-calorie recipe at your table this Thanksgiving. Your guests will rave about it!
Awesome Almonds® Wheat Bread Stuffing
2 2 oz bags of Awesome Almonds® Cinnamon-Vanilla 3/4 cups chopped onions 3/4 cups chopped celery 4 Tbsp butter 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 6 cups whole wheat bread, cubed 1 cups raisins 1/2 cups apple cider Saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in spices and seasonings. Toss with bread cubes and raisins. Stir egg in 1/3 cup apple cider; toss into bread mixture. Adding more cider if needed. Finish by adding Awesome Almonds® Cinnamon - Vanilla.
Bake in lightly greased baking dish - covered, 30-40 min. w/turkey.
Servings: enough to stuff a 15-20lb turkey
