Many of you may be aware there was an outbreak of salmonella earlier this year that affected almonds. Our source of almonds did and does not come from the affected supplier.

Do almonds loose their nutritional value in roasting? Specifically, the vitamin E?

An excellent question and one that was considered when beginning our enterprise. The vitamin content of raw and roasted almonds is nearly identical.
