Greetings!

When employees come to work they bring their characteristics (e.g., race, gender and experiences), culture, stereotypes and unconscious biases with them. In an ever increasingly diverse society, we all encounter people who are "different."  The global marketplace makes diversity and inclusion more important than ever.

We invite you to join us for our October 16 meeting, "Moving the Needle: The Power of Diversity & Inclusion."  Our presenter, Rosalyn Taylor O'Neale, will discuss ways to help organizations use their AA/EEO practices and programs to build more inclusive cultures.

  ROSALYN TAYLOR O'NEALE

From this two-hour discussion, participants will leave with:

  • A roadmap to build the business case for diversity from the base of AA/EEO Six keys to unlocking the power of diversity in any organization
  • Ten leadership behaviors and actions that support "Walking The Talk" -- a necessity in today's demanding workplace.
  • Five ways to increase awareness of the importance of inclusion and diversity in their organizations.
