Identifying Long-Term Strategies and Implementing Tactical Responses to Get Ahead of the 503 Curve   

 

While all federal contractors and subcontractors await the promulgation of th e NPRM for Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, DirectEmployers Association is working with our members and partners to identify long-term strategies as well as tactical implementation objectives that can be enacted by federal contractors to get ahead of the curve for the implementation of 503.

 

Jolene will discuss how companies can utilize technology, leverage partnerships in existing infrastructure, and build on the ground resources in the disability community to maximize recruitment efforts as well as identify partners with access to the applicants you are seeking. As well as beginning needs assessments that will help your organization gauge recruitment efforts, gaps, and internal inclusion in order to effectively implement disability into your existing diversity efforts.
