New Sherriff in Town: Recent Significant OFCCP Developments and How They Affect Federal Contractors
John C. Fox will discuss the most significant recent OFCCP developments in what will be a fast-paced and interactive presentation concluding each development with practical suggestions about how to prepare for and effectively engage OFCCP in audits and to comply with OFCCP's new rules. While John will update his discussion to include all events unfolding up to the day of his presentation, he will discuss at least OFCCP's:
- newly overhauled style of OFCCP audits focused on contractor compensation practices;
- new audit Scheduling Letter for the construction industry;
- proposed revised VEVRAA regulations; and
- proposed revised Section 503 regulations.
