Greetings!
We invite you to join us for our March 20 member meeting, "Conducting Mock Audits" (1.5 HRCI Credits Pending). Our guest presenter will be Jennifer Seda, an attorney with Jackson Lewis LLP, the national workplace law firm. She a member of the firm's Affirmative Action Practice Group in the firm's D enver office. Jennifer represents management exclusively in all areas of employment law and specializes in applicant tracking, OFCCP audit defense, affirmative action and EEO compliance.
Jennifer and the Affirmative Action Practice Group prepare more than 1,800 affirmative action plans annually. In addition, during the past several years, Jennifer has defended numerous OFCCP compliance audits, including on-site reviews, 1 in 25 on-sites and 1 in 50 on-sites. This high volume of OFCCP audit defense has allowed Jennifer to keep on top of the OFCCP's rapidly evolving enforcement trends as well as develop excellent relationships with the OFCCP personnel. As a result, during the past five years, Jennifer and the Affirmative Action Practice Group have obtained Letters of Compliance in more than 99.5% of the hundreds of audits they have defended.
