We are pleased to announce the winners of our Members' Roundtable drawings. CONGRATULATIONS to:

The OFCCP is strengthening their compliance enforcement process and so should you!! During this program, you will learn about the OFCCP's increasing attention to all aspects of the federal contractor's affirmative action programs, and what to include in the desk audit response to respond to anticipated questions and concerns. We also will discuss the OFCCP's continued attention on compensation and its use of statistical analysis to identify areas of concern. We will provide guidance on responding to requests for information about potential issues identified by the OFCCP.
