We are seeking your feedback on the OFCCP's December 11, 2011, proposed changes to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibits employment discrimination based on disability by companies doing business with the federal government. Section 503 also requires that federal contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to recruit, employ, train, and promote qualified individuals with disabilities.

The survey is being conducted by the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) and needs to be completed by January 11.  It will provide valuable feedback to the OFCCP from a nationwide base of federal contractors.  Your input is greatly appreciated. Please click on the survey link below:
