"The Changing Landscape of Supplier Diversity and Its Impact on Corporate America"
On December 6 at our Members Only Holiday Roundtable, Guest Speaker, Glenn Stafford will present the rationale for Corporations accelerating initiatives for multicultural workforces and emerging market strategies.  Despite this trend, corporate America is still falling short of its targets to increase Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) purchases to better reflect its diverse customer base.  Mr. Stafford will examine the business rationale for supplier diversity, why companies struggle with meeting customer's requirements for supplier diversity performance, overcoming potential obstacles in implementing a supplier diversity program and key elements of a successful supplier diversity program. In advance of our meeting, read his article and participate in a lively discussion with your fellow members: Next Plateau for Supplier Diversity Development.
