National Preparedness Month
So how do you go about celebrating something like "National Preparedness Month"?
Obviously, we're very excited every September when the whole Nation talks about Prepping! Well, actually it usually ends up to be just the City and State Emergency Managers. Probably the most you'll hear locally is in your City Mailer, if you have one. This year, we decided to try to at least make it a really big deal here at The APN.

 We get excited anytime anybody says they fully support Prepping, but when the Federal Government is promoting it - we get fully on board!
FEMA has pretty good Preparedness Info on Ready.Gov. However, most Preppers we talk to are only vaguely aware of the huge amount of Disaster Preparedness Information available there.
Since their information is fairly ignored, we've decided that for National Preparedness Month, we're going to upgrade their information from Government Level to Prepper Level.
Starting next week, we're planning on releasing new documents for NPM every day!

We recently added QR Codes all over The APN! What are they and why do you care? QR Codes are barcodes with webpage addresses embedded in them. When you scan one with your phone, it opens the web page automatically. This lets you easily pull up an article on your phone from a printout or even the monitor of your computer!
