iTunes Connect will be temporarily shut down for the winter holidays.
During this shut-down, the following functionality will be unavailable:
- Delivery, deletion and modifications of any content.
- Releases scheduled to appear on the iTunes Store for the first time will be delayed.
- Pricing changes scheduled through the interval pricing system.
We strongly recommend that you do not schedule pricing changes that would take effect from December 22 through December 29. Pricing changes scheduled to take effect during this date range will not be reflected in the iTunes Store and the content will become unavailable for purchase.
We also recommend that you do not schedule any content to go live during the shutdown. Releases scheduled with a sales start date between these dates will not go live until after the shutdown.
To accommodate the holiday shutdowns, we are adjusting our content deadlines for content launching in the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Content Deadline: Monday 11/07
Holiday Delivery Deadlines
Launch Date: 12/23-1/3
Content Deadline: Monday 12/12
So Remember!
Content which needs to become live between November 19th and November 29th needs to be delivered to us before November 7th.
Content delivered to us after December 12th will become live early January 2012.
Due to the high workload this time of the year please make sure to deliver as per our specifications as otherwise we cannot guarantee that your content will be live on the requested release date.
