We need you!
Whether you are staying at Oakland Terrace next year or going to the new school, parents are needed to help create a welcoming and supportive community for our children, teachers, and families. We are putting together the leadership of the Parent Teacher Associations for both schools. This means, that we need to create two PTA executive boards from one. If you have been thinking at all about being part of the leadership, this is your time.
Two nominating committees have been formed. They will make nominations for both schools at the April 12th PTA meeting. Voting will take place at the May 1st PTA meeting.

Tanto si se queda en Oakland Terrace el año que viene o va a la nueva escuela, los padres son necesarios para ayudar a crear una comunidad acogedora y solidaria para nuestros hijos, maestros y familias. Estamos organizando el liderazgo de las Asociaciones de Padres y Maestros de ambas escuelas. Esto significa que tenemos que crear dos juntas ejecutivas del PTA.
