Manisha Lath Gupta is the Chief Marketing Officer at Axis Bank, India's third largest private sector bank. She leads the Bank's brand strategy and communication across all product verticals, and all customer touch points. She also drives the digital interfaces of the bank, which includes all websites, internet banking & mobile banking. In addition she drives the Customer Strategy and Loyalty initiatives for the Bank.

 

As part of our series on Marketers using technology, we spoke with Manisha to get her perspective and share how Axis Bank has used technology in areas of customer acquisition and retention.

As part of our ongoing series of interviews with CMOs on the subject of Technology for Marketers we got the views of Kartik Jain, Executive Vice President & Head Marketing, HDFC Bank India. In his current role Kartik is is responsible for advertising, marketing communication, digital marketing and customer analytics for HDFC Bank in India.
