One of our recurring themes this year will be how marketers use technology smartly to do cool stuff.  We're running a poll on this topic - do complete if you haven't already done so, and also a series of interviews.  This is part of an overall initiative to recognize great CIO-CMO partnerships.  50 such CMOs and CIOs will be recognized on March 1st at the Hyatt in Mumbai at a dinner hosted by IBM.  Our first interview is with Shivnath Thukral of Essar Group - enjoy the read and feel free to comment and add your views!
