Yo! As a special Christmas prezzie we've compiled a "Best of Demand Generation" eBook. We also have a piece by ITSMA on best tips and tricks for demand generation. I believe that technology will play an increasingly important role in marketing. In this issue we have Gundeep Singh Sandhu of Aprimo talking about the role of marketing integration in a CMOs toolkit. Paul Writer has a soft corner for women entrepreneurs (obviously!) and we're happy to partner with The Next Women Business Magazine for global business content with a diverse perspective. Our last issue on what marketers think is big in 2012 generated quite a bit of offline dialogue. Most of it was around whether organizations are ready, structurally, to deal with an increased focus on social media. Will we not need to be more transparent? Responsive? Real-time? Responsible? Answer, in my view, is yes, yes, yes, yes. I'm off to sunny Oz to celebrate Christmas and the New Year, I hope that you all have a chance to catch a break too. Next year promises to be exciting and interesting and it's always good to rejuvenate and refresh before the action begins. Warm wishes for a Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it.
