If you ARE NOT attending, we regret you are unable to join us this year and you will be missed, but hope you can attend our next reunion in two years.

 

If you ARE attending and have paid by check or online via PayPal, we thank you!  Your early registration helps us (your reunion plannning commitee) plan with the hotel for the right number of attendees!

 

If you have not yet paid but are planning to join us, please note that the Early Bird registration fee increases $15 per type on June 1, 2010 which is tomorrow!

 

We believe that some of you have not received our reminders and want to give you the opportunity to pay at the Early Bird rate, so we will honor all registrations that come through to us this week (online or mailed payments), but we need you to register as soon as you receive this notice.

At this point we want to stress that the extra fee from you is not what we want or need. What we DO NEED is YOUR COMMITMENT that you are, indeed, attending.  By raising the rates incrementally, we hope it is the incentive you will respond to and register.

 

Please help us make this reunion a success and let us know you are attending with your registration.

 

Also, if your plans have changed and you find you must cancel your reservation with the Cavalier Hotel, please remember that we have a long list of alumni who would love to take your hotel room. If you could contact Maile via email , so she can make sure your room is not returned to the public, we would much appreciate it!
