Our annual Make A Wish benefit is one of the highlights of the year. Pinkerton Academy's Stockbridge Theatre filled with friends and family watching eagerly, the baked goods table awaiting with mouth watering treats, and the raffle table filled with great prizes as tickets are sold left and right! Even more importantly a chance each year to grant an ill child's wish while doing something we love - DANCE!

Tickets will be available in the office begininning January 20th. All tickets are $13 each and based on assigned seating. Remember all proceeds go to the Make A Wish Foundation, so invite all your friends and family for this wonderful cause!

The past 17 years, our benefit performance has been predominantly performed by our company dancers. Each year however, we invited our non-company dancers to partake in a Make A Wish dance. The dancers always looked forward to the extra performance opportunity.

This year we are very excited for our show's line up. For the second time our show will include our hip hop dancers! Last year the hip hop routines were a great addition to our show's line-up. Our annual Make-A-Wish dancers will be performing as well! More dancers means more smiles on stage and a better chance at raising more money - what a win/win!

Although our dancers are delightful to watch, one of the highlights of the show is indeed our raffle! Over the years we have seen every kind of item raffled: a gift card for an oil change and car tune up; gift cards to favorite restaurants, movies, concerts, and stores; the latest toys and games; and even a vacation for two to someplace warm! We love the creativity and variety of the prizes, baskets, and gifts!

Can't make it to the show but still want to be involved? Donate your raffle item to the office no later than January 28th. The behind the scenes help is just as appreciated as the dancers on stage and friends in the audience.

Do you own or know of someone who owns a business? What better way to advertise than to offer a gift certificate for your services! Consider different ways that your business can fit into our raffle! There are an endless amount of options! Click on the link below to forward this email to a fellow business owner! Business owners can contact the studio for a validation letter for their donation and receive tax credits/benefits.

Baked goods are another favorite aspect of the show! We set up a small concession with drinks and donated treats. Have a favorite recipe you want to share? We'd love to try it! Just as with our raffle, donating baked goods can be a great way to get involved! All donated treats should be brought either to the office by Saturday February 4th or to the auditorium Sunday February 6th.

As a friendly reminder, many of our MHDC community members have nut allergies, so we ask that all nut containing products be securely wrapped and labeled. It is helpful if the food can be seen, so avoid dark wrapping.
