9. Can You Play "Follow The Leader" |
One of the most frequently used excuses we hear is,
"I'm not good at dancing. I would look ridiculous trying to follow along with the steps!"
When we hear this our response is simple: Can you play follow the leader? Zumba does an excellent job at repeating basic steps in an easy to follow manner. Each song is broken down into multiple sections of movement. This movement is repeated throughout the song, giving each person a chance to comprehend and master the steps! |
