Zumba Fitness!

The following is all you will need to know for recital week! This Saturday June 19th opening number will be rehearsed 11:30-12:30. Remember, this is a required rehearsal. I have a list of those with conflicts that informed us when we first presented the days.

Team Mom Show Assignments

The following is a list of show assignments. Please let me know if I forgot to put you in the schedule or have assigned you to the wrong show. I could also use more help as ushers for the first show.

Please be sure to pick up your badges as well as pictures at dress rehearsal. Remember you will need to have a badge to pass backstage.

Dressing Room Assignments

The following is a list of dressing room assignments for our teams. Show A will be crazy as there are a lot of younger dancers in this show. Because you are all used to crazy dressing rooms at comps this is not a big deal, but for these first timers it could be overwhelming. Therefore, your group may have a different room for each show or you can choose as a group to remain in the original dressing room.

Mini B and C: set up between dressing room A and B

Jr B and Mini A: set up in foyer of basement-in other words leave racks/physically change in Dressing Room D-but don't hang please

Sr B, Sr C, Jr C: Dressing Room D

Sr A: Dressing Room E

***in the end those in basement organize how you like, but spread out. All quick changes should be done back stage***

Fall Schedules

The teachers and I have spent a lot of time working on the fall schedules. I will be sending them to you via mail right after the recital. Although the schedule is done, the process of placing everyone in the appropriate tech classes is time consuming. And, honestly, although I am a master at multi-tasking it would be difficult to put on a show and address placment concerns and do each one well. As you have seen we have offered free registration to those registered by June 24. Because that will not be an option for you we will have a special designed specifically for our company dancers.

Rockette Christmas Spectacular

Be watching for a group trip! MHDC alum Kerry Margolin will be performing in the Boston/Providence show this year!!

Costume Changes/Balcony Seating

I will have copies of the program available for you at dress rehearsal. This will help you mark up any changes you have. Also, if your group has time to sit and watch please sit in the Balcony A section during Show A. This is opposite of where we usually have you sit. There will be a lot of bodies then.

Lost And Found

Please check the lost and found for any belongings. There is a ton in the team room!!
