| In order to have smooth rehearsals and recitals we ask that you take a look at the following procedures and ask any questions you may have! Remember there are no peanut products allowed in the dressing rooms! |

Dress Rehearsal Procedures
This is a required rehearsal unless arrangements have been made otherwise. You have all received the dress rehearsal schedule quite some time ago. If you find you are unable to locate it let us know!
We ask that you arrive and have your dancer ready (in makeup, hair, and costume) 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time. You should bring them directly to their assigned dressing room (this is on a schedule next to their time - it is a letter designation) where they will meet their class mom. The person doing drop off should be a female and the same person for recital drop off. Last year we were actually ahead of schedule so please plan to be on time!
The dancers will be brought to the stage to rehearse their number - they may perform once or as many times as necessary to be sure they are comfortable. This is your opportunity to take as many pictures and videos as you choose. Remember, you are not allowed to do either at the recital performance.
Once done on the stage meet dancers back in the dressing room and you are free to go! For dancers with costume changes: at this rehearsal we ask you to handle these. However, this is the time to discuss how to handle them for recital with the class mom. In a perfect world the class mom will take care of this. However, if your child is uncomfortable with this please let the class mom know you will be handling the change. For all dancers with less than 4 numbers to change these will be handled backstage by our changers. Please see the costume quick change section for information on all you need to know.

Pictures, T-Shirts, Tickets
Be sure to pick up any pictures from picture day, any ordered t-shirts, as well as any tickets you may need. Pictures will be posted in the front lobby of the auditorium. T-shirt and tickets can be picked up at a table near the stage on the right.

Recital Procedures: Act I Dancers
Act I dancers are those before intermission. Please arrive a half hour before show time. Please send them with a snack and beverage (something that won't get on their costume). There will now be a lot of bodies and security. We ask that the same female (no men are allowed in the dressing areas) bring your dancer to the dressing room. This should be the same female who picks them up.
For our youngest dancers in Rooms A and B you will be given a pick up ticket to present at pick up time. This ensures your dancer will be safe. We also ask that you take your dancers to the rest room. Once settled we ask that you leave your dancer with the class mom and return to the auditorium to find your seat.
All dancers (besides PSI - please see below) will be brought with their class to the balcony to watch until the Junior Finale. If you choose to pick up any children other than the above mentioned time they will not be allowed to participate in the Junior Finale as it gets to chaotic and a risk that someone will be missed. Any dancers done at intermission will be picked up then.

Attention PSI Classes
Once your dancer has performed we will have you pick them up in the dressing room to sit on your lap and watch the show until 4 numbers prior to the intermission. At this time we ask that you return them to their class mom for the Junior Finale. Again, this is for our PSI dancers only. |

Recital Procedures: Act II Dancers
Dancers should meet their class mom prior to the show and sit with their class for Act I. Once they have performed they will return to the balcony and sit with their class until after the Finale. If you choose for your dancer to stay with you in the first half, let the class mom know so that she is not looking for your dancer.
Dancers who are assigned to Dressing Room C,D,E will not need pick up tickets however again only one female should drop off and pick up. |

Costume Changes
We have several dancers who will be in multiple numbers. If your child has 4 or less numbers to change, they should be changed by our changers back stage. Please bring your dancers costumes (labeled) to the backstage changing area prior to the start of the show. If your child does not have a quick change, but does have a costume change please be sure their class mom knows if you will change them or if they will be. Dressing Rooms A and B, remember to have your pick up card to pass security. |

Recital Flowers
Don't forget to show your dancer(s) how much you enjoyed the show! Countryside Florist will be at recital, giving you the perfect opportunity to express how proud you are of their performance! |

Lost And Found
Please check the lost and found for any belongings. Items will be available to claim until July 1st, and then anything not picked up will be donated. |
