DREA'S ITEM OF INTEREST

     Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul, is the newest addition to the dog foods we carry here at Schempers Ace Hardware. Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers soul is a wet canned dog food that is high in meat content with minimal fillers. This dog food  has nine main ingredients, four of which are all pure meats: chicken, turkey, duck, and salmon. These four ingredients are all naturally enriched with the ten essential amino acids that are required to sustain a healthy dog life. Also, in the ingredients of the CSDLS you will find oatmeal, a whole grain product that is made up from coarsely ground oats. Oatmeal is naturally rich in B- vitamins, fiber and is also gluten free (unlike most other grains). These are only a few of the ingredients that bring nutrional value to the food along with making it a very tasty meal for your dog.

     I myself am a dog lover; I have a cocker spaniel by the name of Hoops. Hoops means the world to me and I am pretty picky about what I feed him. After researching Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers soul I decided to give it a whirl. He loved it, and it didn't seem to have any messy repercussions, as most dog owners would be most concerned with. Chicken Soup from the Dog Lovers Soul is a product that I would definitely recommend to fellow dog lovers.

This non profit organization donates the money to families whose children have cancer. You get to be green and recycle and a family in need gets help. It's a win-win situation.
