  Free Certified Food Hygiene Course 

 

The REACH project is putting on a free Certified Food Hygiene Course for members of Community and Voluntary Groups in rural Herefordshire. The course, which will take place on Saturday 5th March from 9am to 4:30pm, will be held at Bishops Frome Village Hall.

 

The course will include:

 

·           Introduction to Food Safety

·           Food Safety Law and Enforcement

·           Microbiological Hazards

·           Food Spoilage and Preservation

·           Food Poisoning and its control

·           Contamination hazards and controls

·           HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)  Purchase to Service Personal Hygiene Pest control

·           Premises and Equipment

·           Cleaning and Disinfection

·           Multi Choice Exam
