Greetings!

Most recently my daughter started Kindergarten and she walked away from me and said "bye bye"; all with pure confidence. I was so proud as I walked to the car and realized that confidence starts early.

We are confident until we fall short however, we must fail with confidence to enjoy success. It is okay to fail to recognize the opportunity to succeed.

If we do not fail how can we succeed?

Success comes from behind...............................

When you succeed from failure you have displayed:

Confidence
Drive
Results

Confidence because you have moved beyond the emotion of failure.

Drive because you have accepted failure, learned from it and are taking the steps to move forward.

Results because you now know the goal you need to look for and achieve.
