Resume Dynamics

Dynamics of an effective resume will uncover competencies that hiring decision makers are looking for.  A key point in presenting your competencies is to display how your competencies have impacted the purpose of your position, department or organization has a whole.

If your resume reads everything thing you've done versus how you helped; then your resume is lacking the key dynamics.

Contact Workforce Initiatives for FREE resume feedback.

It's Been a While.......................

Been a while since you've interviewed?  You know you're a great employee, you can do the job but "Why do they have to ask me all those questions"?

Well, because many applicants and candidates feel that way.

An interview can be overwhelming and we all will BOMB an interview at some point in our life.  I know I have:)

Consider a service delivered to you from Workforce Initiatives to prepare you for your next interview, behavioral style.  Learn to present your value to the organization, position and speak the competencies that make you the best candidate.

Also, understand your value and boost your confidence and encourage yourself with an investment of $50 for this month only (normally $65).

This service does not only prepare you for your interview.  It's an experience that will support you as you grow and excel through your career such as discussing development, evaluations and coaching sessions with your supervisors or managers.

If you are a manager, ask us how we can support your management success?

In Transition

To be in transition is simply a positive state of mind. When you are dealing with change a goal must be created and accepted.  If I was not working, I would be "In Transition" to my next opportunity.
