So I went to Chicago this past Saturday-Wednesday and had the most amazing time checking out the sites of the city and of course the taping of the Oprah show was beyond words. The studio audience was comprised mostly of "local heroes" who had been nominated and the person who had written in the nomination. We were sworn to secrecy, but just today they started running previews of the Monday show as "Oprah's Ultimate Favorite Things"!!! I can't say what we received but it was amazing and I hope many of you can watch it or tivo it at 3 PM on CH 7 this coming Monday the 22nd.

It was such an honor to be chosen to be there and while we didn't get to speak about Inspire on tv I am sure other amazing things will come out of this. If you get a chance to watch we are in the 3rd row from the front on the left side of the stage. I am wearing a burgundy shirt and Laura Janik, who nominated me, is wearing an aqua shirt. We had such a blast and we hope you do to as you watch us freak out!!!
