...The Bull is getting full and soon there will be no room at the inn.
However, there are still a few Christmas Party dates remaining, so if you would like to join us, please get in touch.
Don't forget for a last minute Christmas present, we are selling Gift Vouchers for The Bull. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in the bar or the Dining Room and are a great gift to enjoy.
There is lot happening over Christmas and the New Year, so grab a cup of tea (or a glass of wine) and read on to find out about our exciting plans for 2010.

What an incredible year!
It has been a fantastic year and your support has been tremendous.
Our wedding day was beautiful and shared with many of you.
Winning the Best National Freehouse, Entertainment Pub of the Year, Best Pub in the South East and Best Freehouse in the South East, far exceeded our expectations and has had a huge impact, bringing new people to The Bull.
Our team is supportive and are the best we have ever had. Our new chef has complimented our already fantastic kitchen staff and our menu just gets tastier. We have redecorated our kitchen and plan to totally refurbish it in 2010, enabling us to offer more and provide you with a quicker, more efficient service.
Outside has seen immense changes and our secret garden blossomed into a pretty and relaxing retreat. We now have plans for landscaping the front of The Bull, which is really exciting. We will create a secure space for all the family to enjoy. I will keep you updated on our progress.
This year The Bull has also hosted a diverse array of new events, with our first ever Summer Fayre and Beer Festival. Both will feature in our 2010 events calendar. It's never too soon to book your stall. If you would like to be part of next year's Summer Fayre, please let me know.
All of this would not be possible without the support of our customers and friends. We thank ALL of you for being part of what has turned out to be an incredible year. I look forward to 2010 and all the exciting things it will bring.

As many of you know, 'one' of my passions is music and many great musicians have graced our stage throughout 2009.
The Music Club has become an institution, with an increasing number of followers. In April The Music Club will be two years old and we will be celebrating with an exciting well known headline act to top the bill. That is all I can tell you for now, but you will be the first to know and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
Last month, in conjunction with Oxygen Management, www.oxygenmanagement.com, we took The Music Club to London. It was a huge success and we hope to do this again soon, making it even bigger and better.
It has been a hectic busy year and no doubt next year will be the same. We will work hard to ensure that The Bull continues to be The Best National Freehouse for you to enjoy, relax, feel at home and have some fun.

Staff Profile
Leah Barratt |

Leah is a local girl living in Benenden. She joined us a couple of months ago without any experience and very soon proved herself to be a natural behind the bar.
You will see her most days, always offering a friendly welcome.
Leah enjoys horse riding and has a National Diploma in Horse Management, which she obtained at Plumpton College in East Sussex.
We are delighted to have her as part of the team.
