3rd Annual KAK Golf Outing "Fantastic!" That is what Kevin Kelly would say to his friends and colleagues gathering for the 3rd Annual KAK Golf Outing. The event takes place at the Lansing Country Club, September 12, and is in honor of the former director of the Michigan State Medical Society.
Kevin was so many things to so many people it is hard to explain the extent of his influence. Kevin's passing in December of 2008 inspired many of his friends and colleagues to continue his legacy through the KAK Network. The non-profit group extends Kevin Kelly's legacy through fund raising in support of the Kevin Alan Kelly Action Fund, a Donor Advised Fund managed by his widow, Jamie Kelly, and administered by the Capital Region Community Foundation. "This event honors one of the Lansing area's great Citizen/Statesman... bringing together Kevin Alan Kelly's friends, family, professional associates, and community members to celebrate his legacy", said director, Paul Kennedy. New Intern: Matt Briede
Digital Active welcomes new intern, Matt Briede. Matt is an advertising senior at Michigan State University. His focus will be marketing ActiveOffice and creating online videos that display the ease-of-use of the application. Matt's skills offer a great combination of technical knowledge of software and writing experience. The Indiana native is looking forward to the challenge and we are fortunate to have such a great asset for the summer.

Speed2 Goes Full-Throttle
 How do you manage viewer comments for a television network and a website with global reach? For the past year the SPEED television network has utilized the ActiveOffice Customer Service Application (CSA). And here comes "SPEED2", an on-demand service with exclusive programming. The new service partners with cable providers and will offer plenty of action for motor sport enthusiasts. To mange the issues that may arise, SPEED2 will deploy the ActiveOffice CSA. The tool, created by Digital Active, allows SPEED staff to manage a dynamic contact form and track viewer issues, comments and complaints. The application gives the staff the ability to change drop-down menus and manage categories, offering viewers the information that might eliminate the need for a contact. When contact forms are submitted email alerts notify the assigned staff and the interaction between the customer service person and the viewer is tracked. A knowledge base of responses is used, and can be edited up-to-the-minute. The tool has proven to be a time-saver and has resulted in greater customer service for SPEED viewers. New Corporate Blog for Adams Outdoor

 Digital Active was awarded a contract by Intuition LTD, Dublin Ireland. Intuition, established in 1985, is a leader in online education for a number of industries around the world. Digital Active will develop an online financial simulator using ActiveOffice as the foundation.
