World Cuisine Express is back from Spring Break and ready to bring you more wonderful food from around the world.
World Cuisine Express is a Full Service Catering Company, specializing in Healthy, Organic, Low-Carb, Low-Fat foods. Chef Harold's years of experience allows him to prepare the most delicious healthy gourmet food that is so good for you and tastes even better. There is no reason the palate must suffer for the sake of the health.
Chef Harold has worked closely with Gerri French, M.S., R.D., C.D.E., Clinical Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator (also the Food and Nutrition Editor for Diabetes Health Magazine) to ensure the nutritional value of all entrees and side dishes offered on our Weekly Delivery Menu. Many of you know Gerri, and what a dedicated professional she is; we are grateful for her assistance.
Chef Harold continues to teach at Sansum Diabetes Research Institute, teaching healthful cooking at schools and in private homes. You can host your own mini cooking class at home with Chef Harold and your friends and family--it's a lot of fun.
