Chef Harold Welch is the Owner and Executive Chef of World Cuisine Express. His expertise and wide array of cuisines comes from a rich history of experience in fine dining restaurants and clubs.
Starting in 2005, Chef Harold created World Cuisine Express to fill a need for healthy, organic, fresh-cooked food for the greater Santa Barbara area.

Thank you for inquiring about World Cuisine Express. My mission is to bring the best gourmet food to you.
As a long-time chef, I understand what the market offers, and what shortcuts are often taken to cut costs and quality. Here at World Cuisine Express, I use only the freshest ingredients, often organic and local whenever possible. Shopping, cooking and presentation provide the highest quality.
As a chef who came up "through the line" many years ago, I know what steps are necessary for a well-crafted meal. I personally do not take any shortcuts, as you will understand from our testamonials.
I know that busy people enjoy quality food. My clients are often well educated on the nutrition they seek. As a result, I offer the low-carb, low-fat, and gluten-free meals they prefer. I take the time to provide you with an excellent product so you can have more time to enjoy your family, your friends, and, of course, your meals.

| How World Cuisine Express Works
Get Ready for Great Food!
 When you are ready to indulge yourself with a great meal, give us a call. We have several options to provide you with delicious food at a reasonable cost. Our full-service catering is available on a daily, weekly, or special-event basis.
Each week we publish a Specials Menu for daily delivery that week. Sign up to receive the menus each week. Place your order by return email and state the items and day of delivery.
When you want a little more than that, give Chef Harold a call and the planning begins. We can create a cocktails & hors d'oeuvres party, an intimate dinner, or a gourmet multi-course wine dinner served by Chef Harold in your home. Special events such as dinner parties, anniversaries, holiday celebrations and weddings are all part of our package.
