Before we go getting carried away with chocolates and thinking of St. Valentine's Day -- which is coming soon -- let's pause for a moment and remember those long-ago, far-away, almost forgotten New Year's Resolutions. Remember those?
Well if you are like most people, one resolution was to be more healthy -- whatever that may mean for you. For us that means more dog walks and more trips to the sauna, er, the gym, for cardio & weight workouts. For you it may be something entirely different, like promising to eat more leafy greens.
