Happy May! While the weather hasn't been the greatest, we are in high hopes that it will only get better. This newsletter contains all the new goodies from GM, the new Malibu, and promotions. Leasing is Back!
This is GREAT news! Announced April 11, leasing is back on Chevrolet and GMC vehicles! Now you can explore even more financing options when it comes to choosing a new GM vehicle. How do you know which one is right for you? Here are some comparisons to help:
Leasing Advantage:
- fixed monthly payment
- little or no down payment
- ability to lease new vehicles when the term is up; allows you to choose your vehicle based on changing needs
- warranty included for most or all of the lease
- Decide your kilometres options based on your driving pattern
- you know what your payments are and the residual value if you decide to buy it out
Leasing Disadvantage:
- locked into the lease term
- Kilometre restrictions (extra fees if you go over)

Chevrolet Sells 1.1 Million Vehicles in
Best-Ever First Quarter
Chevrolet sold 1.1 million vehicles worldwide in the first three months of 2011, a 15-percent increase over the first quarter of 2010 and the brand's best first-quarter results ever. The Cruze is helping to lead the Chevrolet nameplate.

2013 Malibu Gives you More
After much anticipation, the 2013 Malibu was finally revealed on April 18th! Since its introduction as an all-new model for the 2008 model year, the Chevrolet Malibu has continued to earn praise from consumers, automotive critics and industry experts.
Malibu was named a Best Buy by Consumers Digest for the second year in a row, and a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety for 2010. The Camaro Convertible has Arrived!
Our first Camaro convertible arrived on April 8th and we have received a few more since. They have received a lot of attention! More pictures can be found in our album here. We post more photos every time one comes in, so check back! |

Tips for Preparing your Vehicle for the Spring & Summer Season
- Check your tire pressure: usually better weather means increased driving. Properly inflated tires can increase your fuel consumption by 3%.
- Top up your windshield washer fluid (again..better weather means more bugs on your windshield!). Pick up our 1 litre jug for $4.95 + tax!
- Clean off or repair your windshield wipers. If you havn't replaced them in the past 12 months they may not be cleaning your windshield as they should be. Dirty or damaged ones can scrape and you can end up over-using your washer fluid. Promotion: All-Season wiperblades from $19.95 + tax.
- Remove mats and vaccuum the interior of your vehicle.
- Bird droppings can cause serious damage to the paint on your vehicle. Pick up some unscented baby wipes to remove any droppings as soon as you can.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe off your dash, vents, or any hard surface.
- Check tire tread depth for excessive or uneven wear.
- Check your air conditioning system.
- If you spent most of the winter coughing and sneezing, bacteria, mold, and allergens can build up in your air cabin filter. Consider having it changed.

Safer Way to get Around
Do you drive or travel a lot? How many of you use a GPS system that sometimes sends you in the wrong direction (we have!!). We found this article a while ago on how useful OnStar`s turn-by-turn nagivation can be.
Quick facts on voice-based turn-by-turn navigation:
- Voice-based Turn-By-Turn Direction service result in better vehicle control
- 80 percent of study participants preferred "least complicated option"
- Drivers value visual aids in addition to audio directions

Denim Day for the Cure Foundation
If you see our staff wearing jeans to work or wearing a pink ribbon on their shirts on Tuesday, May 10th, its because we are participating in The Cure Foundation's 'Denim Day' in an effort to improve the lives of those affected by breast cancer.
