Dear HCMA supporter,

The real St.Valentine, a heroic and sympathetic fellow, embodies the qualities that remind me our membership. The patients, families, and caregivers who strive to improve the lives of those living with HCM through their committment, time, donations, and volunteering initiatives. During this "heart" month, please accept this special e-Valentine from everyone here at the HCMA, to all of you living with HCM everyday in your lives, with your loved ones or with the patients you serve. Thanks for your support!
