Well, 2010 certainly seems to be shaping up to be another year full of change and adventure! There is a sense of eager anticipation in the air, but also huge emotional shifts are occurring. One of the key messages I keep receiving from the angels is to remember that everything/everyone around us is a mirror. Is someone pushing your buttons? Rather than getting upset with them, remember this provides the opportunity to go inside and take a look at your shadows and why you are having that reaction, then learn from it. I am not suggesting that you endorse bad behavior, but take the opportunity to learn rather than blame when thing are not as you would like them to be.

An excellent technique to help you to release your 'shadow' is to invite Archangel Michael to join you and assist in journaling your feelings about a situation or person. When complete with the journaling, burn the paper ceremoniously with the intent of giving those emotions over to the angels to be released and healed. This will serve you far better than repeatedly complaining about the event adding energy to what you don't want.

Remember there is no good-bad-right-wrong, everything just is, until our perceptions assign a value to them.
