 Some Thoughts on Judgement
It is so easy for us to fall into the judgement trap isn't it? I don't like this... I don't like that... They should have done that differnetly..... etc.
Sound familiar?
I encourage you, when in the judgement mode to take a moment and ask yourself why. Why are you passing judgement? What is going on for you at that moment? What is your part in the situation? What would happen if you let go of the judgement?
Some steps to take out of judgment:
- Invite your angels to help you to see the situation in a differnt light.
- Remind yourself that there is no good, bad, right or wrong.
- What emotions or beliefs is this judgement trigging for you?
- Take some time to focus love on the situation and people involved
- Practice blessing the learing this has sparked for you
- Work towards forgiving those invovled and yourself.
Practice peaceful non-compliance. Ghandi and Mother Teresa were both masters at this technique, focusing on what they wanted, rather than judging what they did not want |

| Angel Workshop Facilitation
It has been brought to my attention that there are others offering angel workshops that are being represented as mine. Although anyone who takes classes with me is, of course, free to develop their own classes and teach them, I have not trained anyone to teach my classes. All materials I have developed and all handouts are proprietary material, not to be reproduced and distributed under the guise of being my class. Please review my website or contact me for upcoming classes.You can also check my website to see who has completed the AAP class with me.
I encourage you to attend classes with anyone whom you feel is a good fit for you, I just want you to be aware when making your choices.

Transitions
- I am excited to announce that effective immediately I am offering personal sessions from a new locations. I now have a room at Care From The Core, 2054 Broad St. Regina. I will continue to offer phone sessions from home, which means these appointments will no longer be scheduled on the same day. Continue to watch my calendar for available days for in-person and phone sessions.
- I have also upgraded my newsletter to Constant Contact to accommodate the growing community. Transition from email to a contact database has been quite an undertaking - I apologize if you ended up on this list in error. I did my best to carry forward only client addresses, but I may have missed on a few. If you do not wish to receive periodic updates from me, simply go to the end of this email and remove your name from the list.
